Join us Monday, September 10 at 7pm at the Delhi Park Lodge as we kick of the 2018-19 monthly program season! This month features retired Ohio River Lockmaster, Jim Noble. In over 30 years of service, Mr. Noble started out at Lock and Dam #15, in Sardis Ohio 43 miles above Marietta Ohio. Lock and Dam 15 was the last Wicket Dam in operation on the upper Ohio River. After Lock and Dam 15 was decommissioned in September 1975 he transferred to Captain Anthony Meldahl Locks and Dam, near Chilo Ohio.

Lockmaster: A Lockmaster follows the regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Army and is the person who is in charge of an Inland Waterway Navigation Facility, (AKA, Lock and Dam) and all satellite projects connected to the Locks and Dam.
